@dinewithdom_: Gouldsburger’s - Ardmore, PA Review! This South Jersey staple and one of my favorites is expanding into the Philly suburbs! Gouldsburger’s just opened a location in Ardmore and it is serving up some top notch burgers and cheesesteaks. Gouldsburger’s has no seed oils and offers all items on the menu as gluten free! I started with their smokehouse burger with the amazing crispy onions and super flavorful burger patty. This has a BBQ sauce on it which is perfect for those of you that love BBQ. I had 2 of their cheesesteaks that day and I literally could have finished both. They always use the Boaggio’s Everything Seeded roll which is phenomenal and the best part, yellow Cooper Sharp cheese. It is so rare to find a place that uses yellow Cooper and Gouldsburger’s is one of the few that does. I think it is such a game changer. Their truffle cheesesteak is one of the best things there. They use the perfect amount of truffle aioli and they don’t overdo it. To finish it off, I had my favorite - the fried pickles. I love the way that Gouldsburger’s lightly fries the pickles so that they are light, crispy, and the pickle is the star of the show. I don’t like when the outer fried layer is too thick. And the A1 sauce to go with it is just perfection. I am trying that sauce on a burger next time I go.
