Yep. I am fully menopausal; I was by 33. And I use that rage to get my husband and daughter to wake up and stop expecting the Disabled Person to clean the house, do the dishes, do laundry, care for the cats, etc. It took 6 months to get him to hire someone to help with a full house deep clean/organization that took over a week. Almost nothing has been done around the house since. It is a good thing I used to be an actor, so I can rage without hurting my vocal cords .
