I worked at venue and had decided to leave every day I kept getting up the courage to resign when I would arrive at work and discover another event manager had beaten me in to resigning!😆 I would feel so bad that they had lost another staff member that I just couldn’t do it this went on for about two weeks before I got a date that an event manager wasn’t resigning!! I think it said heaps about the management.
