He’s not even top 20 all time in my opinion. He brought in a form a grappling that was completely new to the UFC and fighters didn’t know how to defend it. I don’t think he’d could win in today’s UFC because grappling defense has evolved so much in the past few years. Don’t even get me started on his inability to kick box and strike. The guy would be a bum in today’s UFC. There I said it.

Conor McGregor came off a 2 year layoff, had a injured foot, was managing 2 brand new companies as the ceo at the time, was probably somewhat drunk in the fight camp and maybe even the fight (Conor’s bad) and still fought a really decent fight against khabib , even winning 1 or 2 rounds whilst it was striker vs grappler, so McGregor had a huge disadvantage from the beginning. I think Conor is as underrated as khabib is overrated
