I have been off accutane for 6 months and it was literally the best thing I did and I’ve been getting like the smallest little pimples that go away super fast but it is still so scary!! You are def not alone but why is it harder now than when I had full cystic acne 😢

Totally! I still use tretinoin prescription cream a few times a week and keeps it at bay (mostly)

I ended up going back on it even with the tiny pimples just cause I was like I miss being so perfectly clear. They put me on just a tiny dose for a few months and now I’m all clear again
