i have a friend who had to go from colorado to georgia on the jail bus, he was on there for literally a month, they took him all of the country and he was just along for the ride because it was not a direct trip for him 😭

in TN there didn't use to be a magistrate. used to it was like preset bonds for certain charges but not all had them so they made you wait til arraignment. but then I remember when they started doing the magistrate stuff I was like wait a minute this isn't right cause mine was a fta or vop and they didn't let you see a magistrate for old charges and I had to wait. I was like huh what no lol
