I’d toss the arugula in some really good EVOO with a squeeze of lemon or some zest, S&P, just to brighten it up and add some acid to the sandwich

I would eat it all, but without the bread. As nice and fresh as it looks, I just can’t process all that bulky bread inside me. Every morsel of the rest of it has me literally salivating! And 100% the heirloom tomatoes and balsamic glaze too!! 🤗🤤
