the air hunger, itchy ears [that wake you up], waking up several times to pee or covered in sweat. doesn't matter what arm i sleep on they both go numb, ear ringing, playing charades with everyday words.. but I'm too young at 37.

Literally like a switch. Loss of libido is the hardest symptom I’ve mentally had to deal with. That’s what noone ever talks about. The mental toll of the symptoms.
