The trick is to lay on your side and put your knees up to your chest, flip to your other side and do the same thing, then go in doggy position. Coming from a fartmaxxer with stomach issues

So out of desperation I have learned that you can massage your farts out. Massage gun in circles, your hand in circles. Gas pain are sharp when you touch your belly so focus on the area it actually hurts to push. You can move it through yourself
