I've been this way for 6 months. It's very hairy under my right arm because I cannot lift my arm far enough to shave. 🤣. The pain and discomfort I feel is absolutely absurd. I'm over it.

4-5 months it was the worst. And would go from one side to the next. Couldn’t brush my hair or lift my arm up. Then all of a sudden it was gone

yes I had it about 6 months ago, it's gone now, I was like what is going on with my shoulder, then found out it's called frozen shoulder due to menopause 😡 the stuff us women go thru, and don't get me started on the smell of cigarettes smoke all tge time even when I'm trying to sleep 3am in the morning I start smelling cigarette smoke, along with these dang hot flashes.

Estrogen loss- look up frozen shoulder and perimenopause. It’s common. Talk to your provider and discuss HRT and PT
