@myhealthydish: How to make hot pot at home. This is a quick one pot dinner for two with a lot of fresh ingredients. In my hot pot I added, sliced beef with Napa cabbage, baby bok choy, enoki mushrooms, sliced firm tofu, frozen udon noodles and Kikkoman noodle soup base. Covered with a lid and simmered for 5-7 minutes. The dipping sauce is equal parts peanut butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, black vinegar and sugar. #hotpot #DinnerIdeas #onepotmeal
