chsin scaling cannot be used if the end results create a narrative conflict or plot hole in the story. if denji was x fast then y effects shouldn't be speed blitzing him as an example. we also know that denji has been speed blitz by humans without any powers at all. this means all the eay through the makima arc he was capped at less then human speeds. he did not grow significantly in speed from point a to b.

The max you can get Yuji is LS combat due to being low relative to Sukuna who easily dodged EM waves from Kashimo with narrative consistency being that Kenjaku admits inferiority to Sukuna and as well to Gojo, Kenjaku has LS or faster by counteracting a black hole using antigravity while being in the epicenter of it’s inception. And Yuji is not capped at the black flash, Gojo states that speed alone doesn’t allow you to hit a black flash meaning speed should not matter for a black flash
