Ya we use ones like that for the trucks at work. Its great 20% of the time. The other 60% we are fault diagnosing them to try get the truck back on the ground because one leg won’t talk to the other or a sensor is sending a faulty signal and the lift shuts down. Id take the old style lift any day, they were way more reliable

That open slotted area on the baseplate will be a collection point for water when shops wash their floors. Maybe it's coated and not a concern but my first thought would be a potential rust point.
