I love that Emma’s and Aleksanders relationship is never verbally revealed rather it’s shown by their actions and that silence vow that’s only between them, frankly I don’t want to know because that would defy the whole purpose of the “veild” theme. As much as I hate labeling thier relationship because it takes away the whole point but I love the phrase “less than friends more than lovers”, its the best way to describe it. The complexity of their relationship is so intriguing and symbolic I truly think there will never be able to replicate a manga like this🥹

I'm always surprised when people say they hate Otani. I loveeee Otani as a character bcs he doesn't like Risa bcs people force him too. Throughout the show the group always put Otani in a box where "Hey Risa likes you, you should like her too" and I always hate that

i love veil, because i feel like people mostly so desperate for romance while being afraid of intimacy at the same time and often settle for the title of 'romantic relationship' even though said relationship is shallow af and they're often dying silently inside in loneliness. veil is the total opposite of that, they're not afraid of intimacy, as in being vulnerable with one another, and not desperate for a label
