@shelbyrobinss: Meal prep, but make it actually enjoyable 🍑 This week’s lineup: • Protein breadsticks + my high-protein broccoli cheddar soup (recipe’s already on my profile) • Prepped shrimp for easy snacks or quick meals • Simple grilled chicken so I can mix and match with whatever sounds good that day • Egg bites • Freezer burritos because these are basically meal prep currency at this point • Corn on the cob One thing I’ve learned: meal prep doesn’t have to mean chicken, broccoli, and sadness. My goal isn’t eating perfectly, it’s making protein easy to hit while leaving room to be flexible with everything else. Protein first, then build the rest around it 🤞🏼🍑
