Save the frozen vegetables and use a maxi pad or something like that just soak it wet and freeze it. Last long and you’re not wasting food.

way to go liam! 30 minutes of discomfort is way better than the alternative for our non-vasectomy eligible partners. i’m 5 years post vasectomy and my recovery was smooth and hope yours is too!

I had 2nd degree tears with both of my daughters that took longer than I wanted to heal. When it came down to birth control afterwards, I was trying to convince my husband to get a vasectomy, but he said no because it would impact his hormones. So I had to go to get an IUD put in. So I'm happy to hear there are some men out there that actually consider their partners feelings and needs.

thank you for being so open about this. I have a horrible time with birth control and for medical reasons need to have an endometrial ablation done. My fiancé is strongly considering doing a vasectomy as pregnancy would be dangerous following my procedure. Seeing others success helps calm the nerves. Wish you a quick recovery/10!
