it's also good to keep in mind that breads like wonder white are heavily fortified and a really good option for kids with dietary "struggles". The new bread is such a cool option, but there is purpose for things with additives.

I'm very sorry but go support your local Bakers delight because each Baker's delight is a family ran Bakers delight yes it may be a little bit more pricey but you can freeze the bread and you can find it on special and it's normally made by hand

I agree that conventional bread does have way too many emulsifiers an unnecessary additives. However ingredients wise if you take a look at the wonder white vs the other bread a good chunk of the ingredients are fortified vitamins
