Furthermore, incorporating an existing, copyrighted brand name (such as Fruity Pebbles®) into your dish does not give you ownership over the recipe itself” The only reason you claim otherwise is so you can harass and bully younger, smaller creators into buying your shitty book and giving you credit where none is due at all so that your following can grow. Legally, you have no leverage here. And you take advantage of the fact that younger creators may not know this fact. You’re what, fourty fucking years old? Older? Harassing young women over cake pops of all things. This is going to cause pretty decent damage to your reputation, thankfully. Your “apology” video is absolutely vile too, by the way. Not a speck of sincerity in those words. Just excuses as empty as your threats. Genuinely pathetic.

How do you get your cake pops to stay on stick. I took my cake out of oven into mixer for the steam method. Let cool in the bowl and used the cake pop maker and dough wouldn’t stay on the stick
