I don't deprived myself of the foods i love, i just don't eat much. pag busog na that's enough. I eat rice but i eat more ulam than rice. a cup of rice is enough for me. I avoid sodas and soft drinks as much as possible Most of the time, i eat late at night so i make sure not to have a heavy dinner instead, i eat oatmeal with hot milk at midnight. Before i sleep I raise my legs on the headboard of my bed 20 minutes every night.
