Every rep should serve a purpose. Every set should move the needle. 2⃣ "Clean eating without fuel = catabolic collapse" You’re eating “healthy” but undereating. Your body can’t grow on fumes. Without enough fuel, your training breaks you down instead of building you up. Underfeeding is underperforming. 3⃣ "6-day splits with no recovery = sabotage" More gym days won’t fix your physique. Recovery is where muscle happens. No sleep + no rest + high stress = hormonal wreckage.
