But what if you’re super emotional? I cry when I feel stressed or upset and I try not to but I literally cannot. It’s hard because sometimes I feel like my crying makes me seem juvenile.

You have set a good example for your daughters because they follow your lead in how to behave in a relationship. Children copy their parents in life usually in how to interact with family, friends and people in general.

this is wonderful advice. I had to teach myself how to do this because I refused to have a marriage full of screaming like my mothers. your kids are so lucky to have you as a model for them!
