Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken 🐓 Chicken (2 servings): 400g boneless skinless chicken thighs 2 tbsp cornflour Salt Black pepper Sauce: 3 tbsp honey 3 garlic cloves 1 tsp ginger paste 3 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar Garnish: Spring onion Sesame seeds Chilli ——— Method: 1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Then place into a bowl with the cornflour, salt and black pepper. Mix until fully coated. 2. Add a little oil into a pan over a medium heat. Add the chicken thighs, and cook for about 8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. 3. Then add the honey, grated garlic, ginger paste, soy sauce and rice vinegar into the pan. 4. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. The sauce should be sticky and glossy. 5. Now serve with your rice or noodles. Garnish with spring onions, chilli and sesame seeds.
