@fancywats: About 1.5 years ago, we were putting the finishing touches on our office before the Grand Reopening of The Fancy Cleaning Company. Looking back, I can honestly say the first two years of business were some of the hardest of my life. We started under a franchise model, and so much of our time, energy, and focus was spent navigating challenges that pulled us away from simply growing our business. Then came the pivot. We had to rebrand, start over, build our own identity, and move forward without the backing, marketing, and name recognition we once had. It was scary. It was uncertain. And there were plenty of moments when the easier option would have been to quit. But we didn't. We kept showing up. We kept believing. We kept building. Tonight, I came across this video and got a little emotional thinking about everything we've overcome since then. The wins, the setbacks, the lessons, the long nights, the faith it took to keep going when we couldn't see the full picture. What once felt like a setback ended up becoming one of the greatest blessings for our company. We found our own voice. We built our own brand. We created something that truly belongs to us. Today, I still get to walk through those office doors and see my name on the wall, and that feeling will never get old. More than anything, I'm grateful. Grateful for every client, every team member, every supporter, every lesson, and every challenge that helped shape this journey. The Fancy Cleaning Company is still here. Still growing.
