It's not about shedding your demons, it's about understanding them. The parts you refused to hear, the parts that got hurt, the parts that felt unloved or wanted, it's acknowledging them... holding them telling them it's okay to express and to feel and to know that even though the world calls them evil and cruel that it's okay to let the world believe whatever it may choose because within the demon knows it is loved and cherished and it was different then what the world is use to and it don't have to change or conform but it's okay to let it out to rage against the machine to be upset to feel what it wants to feel as long as it remembers it's not evil or a demon it's just parts you hid away from the world that thought you was difficult
