I’ve used it in everything from affogatos to pastries, and I love that the matcha still feels present even in more complex recipes like these churros. The culinary matcha gave the dough its signature green color and paired especially well with the black sesame ice cream and lemon-yuzu swirl. Another thing I appreciate is the variety.
