It’s obvious that the game needs tuning at this point. CC chains shouldn’t have 100% effectiveness. What that means is if Mel stun is 1 sec and Anivia stun 1sec then the cc chain shouldn’t be 2secs long. The second spell should hit at 50% or 30% effectiveness. So 1.5 or 1.3secs total for a cc chain combo

As someone who’s played for 12 years, I think the issue is range. So many champs have been added with absurd range on cc spells. Hexoptics was a good addition to help this, but it’s not enough. Adcs are just never safe. 3 years of Caitlyn otp, now I’ve moved to ahri mid. I think movespeed creep up is also part of the issue.

Been an adc since season 2 also a draven main. The conclusion i got to is : if you can t beat them join them. Since mages came botlane, i knew it was over. So that s the only way i can rank up now. So be it i don t mind playing anivia or vlad bot
