At the end of the day how are these cops supposed to know she's got a mental illness but the one thing I would say is that they should have a little bit of class and when she asked for a drink of water that's the least they can do come on you know what I mean. You know they could see that she was no threat she'd locked herself in a toilet personally out of said to myself hang on there might be something else going on here and by the words she was saying she wasn't threatening anybody I think I'd have worked out that she did have something going on but at the end of the day they weren't to know that if they've been badly trained
