So glad they helped. I’ve been thru the same thing. I’ve had gel nails for years. And I hit my thumb and bent the nail right off halfway down to the base. It was the worst pain ever.

I’ve knocked so many nails off it doesn’t even hurt when I knock one off now 😩 like I knock my full natural nail off, not just like an acrylic or gel 🥲 I’ve knocked 4 off so far and the last one I knocked off it js didn’t even hurt bc it’s so normal for me now.
