Is the URO vaginal probiotic a good one? I’ve been using it for years and I believe it’s very effective. Has 5 billion CFU’s and various species of Lactobacillus + prebiotics & probiotics.

Also explain having to much lactobacillus isn’t good for you so you need to make sure your ph isn’t high of lactobacillus before taking probiotics! Not everyone can use probiotics! To much lactobacillus can cause burning make it worse
