Nakakalungkot, nakakagalit, nakakatakot. Ang hirap maging Pinoy

bigla akong nalungkot dito. :'( as someone na nagstart sa mababang sahod from 14k starting noong 2018. nakakalungkot na hindi talaga tumataas yung sahod sa ibang companies kahit gaano kana katagal.

The saddest part is, even if we know the system is super unfair and exploitative, we literally have no choice but to play the part just to get experience and survive.

been stuck in my 1st job for 5 years thinking na normal lang na sahod yung 20k a month sa bpo na voice account, until I resigned and lumipat sa ibang bpo na non-voice account which is way higher sa prev company ko. Thankful for the experience tho dahil naging training ground ko yung 1st company.

A sad reality. Been working as a call center agent for almost 2yrs. I earn around 20k-21k per month, but it feels I'm still in survival mode 😔 Considering the workload and how stressful and tiring the job is, it feels like it is not enough.
