#fyp #foryou #isk #batuginjal #gagalginjal

Bener sih, kadang gejala ginjal bukan cuma soal pipis. Makanya aku rutin minum Renapro buat jaga kesehatan ginjal dari sekarang.

Batu ginjal emang bukan muncul tiba-tiba ya, kebiasaan kecil bisa numpuk. Aku pilih jaga dari sekarang pake Renapro.

Alhamdulillah sekarang udah nemu solusinya buat darah tinggi.

I watched the video that Eric Dane released — his final words for his daughters and for the world — and it honestly broke my heart. This is a man who has always seemed so full of life, light, and humor. To hear him speak with such tenderness, such clarity, such fierce love for his children… it was beautiful and devastating all at once. The way he talked about his admiration for them, the pride he carries, the advice he wanted to leave behind — it was the kind of love every child deserves to hear. ALS is not theoretical. It is not distant. It is not “just another illness.” It is brutal and fast and unfair. And watching someone so vibrant face it head-on is a sobering reminder that tomorrow is never promised. It makes you want to love bigger. Hold tighter. Say the words now. Stop assuming you’ll have more time. At the same time, we’ve been watching Shrinking and seeing the journey through Parkinson’s portrayed there. Watching Michael J. Fox appear this season — seeing him speak openly, seeing his strength and humor in the face of such a cruel disease — has been such a powerful thing. There is something deeply human about people who choose to show up with honesty in the middle of suffering. These diseases do not just affect the person diagnosed. They affect families. Children. Spouses. Communities. They reshape futures in ways no one plans for. We as a world have to care more. Care for each other more. Show up for each other more. Advocate more. Our scientists, our leaders, our institutions — they should be working relentlessly to ease the burden of these diseases. To support research. To support families. To reduce suffering where we can. But while systems move slowly, we don’t have to. Support locally. Donate when you can. Check on your friends. Be present now — not just when it’s convenient, and not just when it’s too late. Fight for better. Not just for yourself. But for the people you love. For the artists and actors who have brought you comfort. For the families you’ll never meet. For the children who deserve more time with their parents. Tonight, I’m holding Eric Dane’s family in my thoughts. And I’m reminding myself to say the important things out loud while I still can. Love loudly. Love intentionally. And never assume you have more time. #Ericdane #lastwords #Netflix #fyp #ALS @whattowatchonnetflix
