One lady legit told me she has to stay an hour after her shifts to chart so if she was gonna come in late that it was fine by her. I was appalled at the inconsideration to others

I legit live a two minute drive from my work. I start at 1. I leave my house at 12:40 💀 if I have to stop by the store which is also two minutes from my house, I leave at 12:30. I get anxiety if I have to leave my house any later than 12:45.

I worked with dayshift nurses who would clock-in at the staff entrance and then go get breakfast before coming to the floor. Me, I get anxiety if I am not 20 minutes early.
