I would have got given the silent treatment and begged them to care 🤡 and would end up over explaining myself and apologising after, I lost my mind in that situation. Still finding it hard not to blame myself for everything

It was a year ago and I remember every day that scene and his face expression while I was on the floor. That black stare. I knew he was enjoying it and he actually admited it later.

He was looking at me having a panick attack because I was terrorised by him, and then was trying to bring me to hospital saying that I need help because I'm mentally unstable...then after I left him, I learned his ex wife ended in psychiatric hospital.

I was at the emergency services, in my bed due to a panick attack (nothing happened before, we were doing nothing, just high anxiety bc the relationship became too wrong, too abusive), he started arguing and getting angry at me while I was there on my hospital bed, shaking, having my heart racing and other terrible symptoms, I thought i was gonna d I 3 😔 months or weeks before that, several times, I curled up on the floor having anxiety attacks and he told me that I was crazy, that he was gonna call the police and my mom and he was also saying that I was trying to manipulate him 😔
