I'm wondering how that's possible because the tag is hard to rip off. Unless someone reprints your tag.

Why aren't luggage tags partially perforated in a pattern, like the festival paper-like wrist bands, that if you rip them off, you cant align the tear, and put it back together again? That would be an easy fix! The tag will show it's been tampered with!!

Staple or use tape around the tag to stick it together…. It would end up ripped if anyone tries to removed it. Or be would be ignored as a carrier bag.
