My take on the situation. Blue truck didn't have enough braking distance, causing the swerve because of a possible sudden stop of the vehicle in front. People commenting about why there are vehicles na nagbababad sa left lane. If you drive in the province, madalas po yan gagawin due to obstruction sa right lane. Obstructions include construction, potholes, parked vehicles, and even people because there is usually no sidewalk on province highways.

Correct me if I'm wrong po. Pero usually ang inner lanes po ng 4 way ay ang fast lane/overtaking lane. Ang outer naman po ay slow lane. Ang advice ko lang po sa nag post/driver is always read the situation po muna before taking action .. Laging isipin na may dahilan ang bawat pangyayari sa daan ..
