if u plan to pull for acheron, ashveil or aventurine sp, blade e1 is the way to go. However, you have SW999 and E1 yaoguang would really serve her well, though i feel like trying to invest in sparxie first is better as sparxie really needs her lightcone. A little note, e0 blade is also amazing, his e1 is cracked for him, yes, but on his own hes also good. Id say prioritize yaoguang or sparxie investment

Honestly, SW carries the team so hard and YG at E0 is already completely nuts but locked to purely elation. Blade is a universal support than you can throw in almost any comp, his E1 would be way better for more comps in future
