@fathizz_kitchen_: OKRA TOMATO MASALA വെണ്ടയ്ക്ക തക്കാളി മസാല 🍀INGREDIENTS : 🥣Okra/Bhindi - 200g - 250g 🥣Tomato - 2 🥣Shallots) -10–12 pieces 🥣Garlic - 3–4 cloves 🥣Green Chilies - 2 🥣Tamarind)- small lemon-sized 🥣Kashmiri Chili - 1 tablespoon 🥣Turmeric Powder - ½ teaspoon 🥣Fenugreek Powder - ¼ teaspoon 🥣Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp 🥣Mustard Seeds - ½ teaspoon 🥣Dry Red Chilies - 2 pieces 🥣Curry Leaves - 2 sprigs 🥣Coconut Oil -2–3 tablespoons 🥣Salt -To taste 🥣Water - As needed 🍀PREPARATION : 🥣Soak tamarind in ½ cup warm water, extract the juice, and set aside.🥣Sauté okra in 2 tbsp coconut oil with a pinch of turmeric and salt for 4–5 minutes; remove and set aside.🥣Splutter mustard seeds in oil, then sauté red chilies, curry leaves, shallots, green chilies, and garlic until soft.🥣Lower heat, add Kashmiri chili, turmeric, pepper, and fenugreek powders, and sauté for 30 seconds.🥣Add tomatoes, cook until mushy, then mix in the okra, tamarind juice, 1–1.5 cups water, and salt.🥣Boil and simmer for 3 minutes, then stir in ¼ tsp jaggery.🥣Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 6–8 minutes until the gravy thickens and oil separates. 🥣പുളി ½ കപ്പ് ചെറുചൂടുവെള്ളത്തിൽ കുതിർത്ത് പിഴിഞ്ഞ് അരിച്ചുവെക്കുക. 🥣ചട്ടിയിൽ 2 ടേബിൾസ്പൂൺ വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ചൂടാക്കി, വെണ്ടയ്ക്ക അല്പം മഞ്ഞൾപ്പൊടിയും ഉപ്പും ചേർത്ത് 4–5 മിനിറ്റ് വഴറ്റി മാറ്റിവെക്കുക.🥣അതേ ചട്ടിയിൽ കടുക് പൊട്ടിച്ച് വറ്റൽമുളക്, കറിവേപ്പില, ചുവന്നുള്ളി, പച്ചമുളക്, വെളുത്തുള്ളി എന്നിവ വഴറ്റുക.🥣തീ കുറച്ച് കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി, മഞ്ഞൾപ്പൊടി, കുരുമുളകുപൊടി, ഉലുവപ്പൊടി എന്നിവ ചേർത്ത് വഴറ്റുക. 🥣തക്കാളി ചേർത്ത് നന്നായി ഉടയുന്നത് വരെ വേവിച്ച ശേഷം വഴറ്റിയ വെണ്ടയ്ക്ക, പുളിവെള്ളം, 1-1.5 കപ്പ് വെള്ളം, ഉപ്പ് എന്നിവ ചേർക്കുക. 🥣തിളച്ച് വരുമ്പോൾ 3 മിനിറ്റ് ചെറുതീയിൽ വെയ്ക്കുക, ശേഷം ¼ ടീസ്പൂൺ ശർക്കര ചേർക്കുക. 🥣അടച്ചുവെച്ച് 6–8 മിനിറ്റ് ചെറുതീയിൽ വേവിക്കുക; ചാറ് കുറുകി എണ്ണ തെളിഞ്ഞു വരുമ്പോൾ തീ ഓഫ് ചെയ്യാം. #fathizzkitchen #explorepage #foryou #fyp #cooking
