I totally feel you. Never sick in my life yet sick every other month living in Rome. Mind you I come from California so the weather was different and clothing was completely different. I was so much lighter and fit and happier. But I had to dress warmer and not sit my butt on a marble bench in the middle of winter.

That s simply because you ate things full of antibiotics so now your system has to adapt because your immune system has to do all the job alone. I am an Italian doctor and the same thing happened to me when I lived abroad and ate lot of processed food and meat. I had beautiful skin, cleaner hair, bigger muscles without going to the gym and lot of water in all my body. Came back to Italy, same symptoms. A few months later, I was ok

Why would I give out my name? :
I am in Italy now. I am not sick yet, but I am pretty sure I have lost years off my life with the second hand smoke that is inescapable here. I am pretty sure that even the 6 year-olds are chain smokers here. It’s so gross. You have to take a minimum of 3 showers a day (Not the Italians, they seem good with one or two a week.)

I went through the same. it was detoxification of the American garbage we were eating. remember what I said about opening your windows in the winter. I noticed people with their doors cracked in the winter. I lost 25lbs! walk everywhere. I'll tell you i noticed with the men they don't wash their hands. I don't know if it's because of the terrible hand dryers or lack of paper towels and I figured it was because people throw them in the toilet
