I'm sorry, but it looks like the dog is jogging to me. And like she said, there is no slack in the leash, and you can see the wheels moving, that the car is moving very slow and cars are passing it.💯

She obviously doesn’t love/care for her dog. How tf does she think that “walking” her dog while she’s driving is safe? Does she not realize the danger that she’s exposing her dog to? It doesn’t matter if it’s a busy road or rural area point blank this is dangerous/careless behavior on the owners part
