Quick & easy beef udon stir-fry 🤤🥩 Ingredients (for 2 servings): Beef steak — 1 piece (about 250–300 g) Udon noodles — 2 portions Garlic — 1-2 cloves Carrot — 1 medium Bell pepper — 1/2 pc Onion — 1/2 small Bok Choy — 1 heads Green onion — 2–3 stalks Vegetable oil — 1–2 tbsp Sesame seeds — for topping (optional) Cilantro — for topping (optional) Sauce: Soy sauce — 3 tbsp Oyster sauce — 2 tbsp Mirin — 1 tbsp Honey — 1 tbsp Water — 3 tbsp Cornstarch — 1 tsp Sesame Oil — 1 tsp 1. Slice the steak thinly against the grain. In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Take 1 tbsp of the sauce and add it to the beef. Let it marinate for about 10–15 minutes. 2. Slice the carrot into thin strips. Cut the bell pepper and onion. Chop the garlic. Cut the bok choy. Slice the green onion and separate some for topping. 3. Heat a pan or wok over high heat. Add vegetable oil. Cook the beef quickly until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside. 4. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Sauté garlic for a few seconds. Add the vegetables and green onion. Stir-fry for a few minutes until slightly softened but still crisp. 5. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Set aside. 6. Return the beef to the pan. Add the cooked noodles. Pour in the remaining sauce. Toss everything together and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything.
