Why are some called 4 tube and cost a bit more but the others look like they have 4 tubes but cost less? Can't tell the difference so not sure which to get. Is it just the colours that are different or some other reason they're different?

oo is this better than pilates? I have bead neck shoulders from tiding injury so have to be careful but looks good as you can rest or lay on the bed to support head and neck more than on mat on floor
