It does not blow “cool” air. It blows the same temperature of the air you’re in, if that makes sense. Outside it will blow the hot air, inside, it blows the A/C cooled air, obviously!

I will tell you I bought this and took it to India with me for 6 months. I used it EVERY single day. It was THE best thing I brought on my trip. Electricity would also go out daily so the fans would go off, this saved me then too. BEST DEVICE.
