I use Ovestin down there (as well as my HRT) and I also think the more I have sex the less dry/painful it is. I think when I go a long time without it's worse 🤷♀️

Jesus we never get a break. Started periods at 10 years old I’m now 26 had my 3rd baby last year every stage it amazes me the things we have to put up with

Vaginal atrophy is no joke - it's incredibly painful and can be difficult to talk about. Help is definitely available if you can find a sympathetic medic. I did - thank God!
