@balancewithani: 5-Minute Chopped Greek Salad Wrap Ingredients 1 gluten-free wrap 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped 1/2 cucumber, finely chopped 1 small tomato, chopped 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced Handful of rocket 2 tbsp feta, crumbled 2 tbsp Greek yogurt Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped Salt + pepper, to taste Directions In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, chives, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken, cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta, and rocket. Toss everything together until well coated. Pile the chopped salad mixture onto your gluten-free wrap.
