because of your videos I learned that I'm on estrogen only patches. still have uterus. my doctor DID NOT mention anything about progesterone. its been like 3 years 😩

what do you suggest we ask our Dr for if our dose has been cut in half due to the shortage? I was on two patches a week but now back down to one and the symptoms are back. Can we ask for pills instead, or?

I only have 1 ovary and my cervix. Kaiser has me on estradiol patches and testosterone gel but won't give me progesterone🥺 i still get hot flashes and my anxiety is constant

Then why would vaginal estrogen make me so nauseous but divigel is fine? I wondered if vaginal cream is more systemic than studied have shown? I do have eczema and was told I am missing T cells and don’t have the proper skin barrier could that be the issue?

Want to say that my insurance requires me to fill scripts through CVS with a 90 day supply. I’m working with a specialist to find the best meds that work for me (the “trial and error” phase) which means I’m receiving 90 days worth of scripts that I may not finish because they’re not working for me. It’s wild that insurance is forcing this when there’s a shortage.

CVS in CT could no longer fill my estrogen patch, and said that they have a long wait list. Fortunately, my insurance company pharmacy was able to send a 90 day supply of patches, as well as oral progesterone and vaginal cream, but I’m concerned about ongoing availability. 😩

I’m in estrogen patch the highest one and progesterone pills along with testosterone cream . However I had a hysterectomy on March 9 and I’m experiencing night sweats and my shirts are soaked. The hot flashes seem to be under control now that I’m on the highest estrogen. What can I do for the night sweats
