@offenceregister: RYAN UPTON SANDBACH PREDATOR RAPING TEENAGE GIRL AS SHE SLEPT In 2026, nineteen-year-old Ryan Upton, of Sandbach, Cheshire, was sentenced to ten years in prison at Chester Crown Court after being convicted of the horrific rape and sexual assault of a sleeping teenage girl. The investigation revealed that the dangerous predator systematically targeted the minor victim at an address in Crewe on Boxing Day 2024. Upton waited until the teenager was completely unconscious in sleep to execute a terrifying campaign of sexual violence, forcing the traumatised victim to flee the home into the streets to find a passing civilian to call the police. Owen attempted to evade justice by issuing total denials during his initial police interviews, but high-tier digital and medical forensic teams extracted undeniable DNA evidence that proved his guilt. Public protection units deprived him of his freedom, and Detective Constable Sallis confirmed he had no choice but to plead guilty. The Offender Database UK confirmed that Ryan Upton was convicted at Chester Crown Court: One count of rape of a child. One count of sexual assault. Ryan Upton remains subject to: An immediate 10-year custodial prison sentence inside the secure estate. Mandatory LIFELONG registration on the civilian Sex Offenders Register. A strict, permanent protective restraining order blocking all future contact with the survivor. Is this justice? Share your comment below. Should predators who assault and rape children while they are sleeping face mandatory whole-life sentences without parole?
