If your window cannot be opened this way, it is a very old window.

U should also sort metal and colored/non colored glass, papers and paper cart/cardboard boxes go in different when recycling. Most places sort trash and food waste also different. We are really big on sorting so that most products can be recycled and made new products. Not just be wasted materials.

tbf the trash bin thing isn't standard. recycling is the standard so even if you throw everything in a separate bin you still gotta recycle in the recycling room.

The recycling system is normal in the Nordic countries, just wait until you have to recycle bottles and get money for it. Some people prefer to put up their own light so if you buy or rent you bring your own. At least we took some of our lamps with us since one was a designer lamp and was not leaving it behind.

One of those trash bins are meant for food waste, and you use a brown paper bag that you get from the landlord. And it it supposed to be thrown in the brown trash bins. And then the other 2 bins are for other things like Cardboard etc🥳

The windows open in the middle so you can get to the blinds or clean inside. Usually with a catch or screw 🙂
