@aussiefitness: High Protein Grilled Cheese Breakfast Burritos🌯 Easy Meal Prep With 61g Protein💪🏼 (Macros Per Burrito, Makes 10) 576 Calories 17.8gC | 24.5gF | 61.6gP Don’t forget to check out my high protein cook books with nearly 300 recipes lN MY BlO 👨🏻‍🍳📚 Ingredients: • 1 Brown Onion, diced • 1.5kg Extra Lean Beef Mince • 1 Tsp Salt • 1 Tsp Onion Powder • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder • 1 Tsp Sage • 1 Tsp Thyme • 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika • 4 Garlic Cloves, diced • 100ml Worcestershire Sauce • 350g Tomato Paste or Marinara (Leggo’s Garlic & Herb) • 14 Eggs • 200g Egg Whites • 1 Tsp Salt • 25g Light Butter (Nuttelex Light) • 10 Warm Tortillas (Simsons Pantry Large Low Carb Tortillas) • 25g Sriracha Mayonnaise per burrito (optional) • Chives • 20g Low Fat Grated Cheese per burrito (Bega 50% Less Fat) Directions: 1. Cook the diced onion in a large pan over medium heat until softened. Add the beef mince, season with the salt, onion powder, garlic powder, sage, thyme, smoked paprika & cook until browned. 2. Once browned add the garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Once the mince is fully cooked add the tomato paste & mix well then set aside. 3. In a bowl whisk together the eggs, egg whites and salt. Melt the butter in a separate pan over low - medium heat then cook the eggs until soft and fluffy. 4. Divide the mince and eggs evenly between the tortillas. Top with sriracha mayo (optional) and chives then roll tightly into burritos. 5. Sprinkle 20g of cheese into a pan over low heat and place a burrito seam side down on top (this will seal it) Cook for 2 - 4 minutes until the cheese is golden and crispy. Repeat with the remaining burritos. 6. Wrap individually in foil and store in the fridge or freezer. #breakfastburrito #burrito #mealprep #highprotein #healthyrecipes
