In 1907, when I went to Grandmas house, I’d have a nice bath in the wooden tub in the barn with the pigs mulling around. Then I’d dry myself off with flour sacks, slip into my muslin chemise and bloomers and woolen stockings and dive into my featherbed with the sun-dried crispy cotton percale sheets. Oh wait, that was my great grandmother. 👵🏻
