replace the master as well. it might be fine now, but it will fail down the road, and it will likely happen somewhere you cant easily/quickly fix it. I learned this the hard way. an extra $40 is worth avoiding the headache later.

You should take a look at your fork as well, I was having clutch issues and my clutch fork was shot and after replacing it it felt like a new car.
